Introduction
plantFlow is an add-on to aggQC that provides the ability to mathematically model the flow of aggregate through a plant. It is a robust, integrated design tool that allows users to create and manage multiple plant flows at an aggregate operation. Users can drag and drop different plant elements onto a design window, connect the flow streams, manage properties of the different elements, and than run the plant. plantFlow will indicate plant bottle necks and also allow users to find bottle necks in the plant by optimizing on feed rates, conveyor capacity, and / or screening capacity. In addition, a full set of quick summary reports, and charts are available for any element or multiple elements in the design.
plantFlow is unique due to its integration with aggQC. This integration allows users to use actual crusher data from crusherQC and load product gradation results from aggQC to compare to the model predicted results. This allows you to calibrate your model using observed data prior to proceeding with "What If" scenarios. Crusher Models developed using crusher tests dynamically change the crusher discharge gradation based on changes to the feed gradation resulting from things like crusher and screen changes. plantFlow is an enterprise application capable of running over the network. Plant Flow designs no longer have to be restricted to a few users with hardware keys. Instead, individual flow diagrams can be locked as necessary and copies of them can be widely available for use by quality control and operations staff. This approach along with the integration with aggQC will allow personnel in your company to more fully utilize and realize the benefits of aggregate plant flow modeling.

Pricing
aggQC, asphaltQC, and concreteQC are priced per plant. A plant license is recognized as an aggregate plant or terminal, asphalt plant, concrete plant or other facility at which you are performing quality control related functions such as sampling and/or testing and/or mix designs. In the case of collocated plants such as an aggregate plant and asphalt plant, they are considered two different plants and require separate licenses. In the case that a large aggregate plant may have multiple plants (dry plant and wash plant) within one quarry or mine they do not require separate licenses as they can be managed as one aggregate plant license. crusherQC and plantFlow require an aggQC plant license and are priced as a single add-on to aggQC. With the purchase of a plant add-on license you will receive both crusherQC and plantFlow for that plant.
