Several enhancements relating to data entry are included in this update. aggQC now includes worksheets for the following quality tests:

You asked and we delivered! Version 2 includes an integrated email program or the ability to send email using Microsoft Outlook. The integrated email program facilitates sending charts and reports to personnel, customers, and agency personnel.

Version 2 can also be set up to automatically send emails to alert appropriate personnel of gradation or other test worksheet failure. A great tool for exception reporting, allowing your managers to focus on the critical problems and not the day-to-day results.

Finally a cost-effective tool to manage customer incidents. aggQC includes the ability to enter and track customer incidents. You enter the customer concern, or problem in a simple to use interface, recording the details of the incident, the investigation, recommendations, and any action taken. When the incident is resolved to the customers satisfaction, that incident can then be closed. aggQC also allows you to record any credits applied to the customer. Later, you can summarize all open, closed, or both open and closed incidents over any selected division, specified date range or incident category. A total cost of all incidents is provided, allowing you to determine how quality is effecting the bottom-line.

You can also generate an individual incident report showing the details of each incident.

Part of what has made aggQC so popular among our existing customers is its support for various DOT reporting requirements. aggQC has always eliminated the need for multiple data entry that often results from state DOT reporting requirements, but we have taken it one step further and enhanced the DOT applications we currently support.

Each of the DOT reporting applications have been enhanced to make them more similar and functional thereby improving the user experience. You can now load DOT samples into a grid for review prior to printing or reporting. If, during the review process, you find DOT samples that need to be edited, you simply double-click that sample in the grid and modify the DOT information associated with each sample. The DOT applications also include the integrated email capabilities of aggQC Version 2.

We also included the ability to perform the State DOT Sample number calculations automatically for the following DOT Applications: AL, FL, GA, NC. Sample number calculations in aggQC are compliant with the latest DOT requirements for these states. aggQC DOT support streamlines one more step in the DOT reporting process.
