Since installation, we have improved our ability to track data internally and share the information with plant personnel and management as well as our customers. We have had several opportunities to “impress” our customers with a variety of report formats and charts in a quick time frame that they have not seen before. This alone gives the customer a secure feeling that we can respond to his needs in a timely fashion whenever needed.
