I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your outstanding support of the aggQC software that we are utilizing in the SC Area. Since we installed the programs in our plants in the fall of 2003, we have experienced very positive results. Not only are we satisfied with the time savings by our technicians in regards to processing and documenting sample results, we are also pleased with the ease at which our technicians have adapted to a computer based lab. Some of the techs have improved their computer skills through the utilization of this program on a daily basis.

Since installation, we have improved our ability to track data internally and share the information with plant personnel and management as well as our customers. We have had several opportunities to “impress” our customers with a variety of report formats and charts in a quick time frame that they have not seen before. This alone gives the customer a secure feeling that we can respond to his needs in a timely fashion whenever needed. This confidence helps to maintain a strong customer / supplier relationship.
